CSOM &
RVU-COM Rally for Haiti!
CSOM member Bruce Dubin, DO, RVU Dean and David Kanze, DO, Associate Professor
of OPP both traveled to Haiti to volunteer their medical help to the victims of
the earth quake. The RVU-COM DOCARE team went as well. CSOM is proud of its
members lending a hand. We also made donations in the form of food and clothing.
CSOM Member Mark Winslow, DO was in Haiti at the time of the earth quake and he
and his group “Team Matthew 25” worked out of the Matthew 25 house in Port Au
Prince.

Rachel Had a Baby!!! –
CSOM is proud to announce its newest addition: Lillian Blanche Rayman. She
was born on August 11, 2009 and was 8lbs 3oz. Please join us in congratulating
Matt and Rachel!
Dr. Juhi Asad Had a Baby!!! –
CSOM sends its congratulations to Dr Juhi Asad and her husband Jason Bell on
the recent addition to their family, Jordon Leonard Bell. Jordan was born on
September 29th and weighed 6lbs 6oz. Welcome to the Osteopathic family, Jordan!

Lisa R. Mitchell Butler DO was first appointed to the Board May 24, 2008 and has
been elected Secretary of the Board. She received her Doctor of Osteopathy from
the University of North Texas Heath Science Center in 2002 and has been
practicing in family practice in Fort Collins, Colorado
CSOM Member – A Novelist!
Mark Foster, DO, a recent transplant form Wyoming, has written a medical/romance
novel called Grey Matters. He is currently shopping for a publisher and has had
very positive feed back an interest. CSOM congratulates Dr. Foster and hopes to
hear of the date the book hits the shelves soon!
Dr. Papadeas Receives Honor!! – CSOM member Dr. Gregory Papadeas received
a prestigious accolade within the Greek Orthodox Church as an Archon of the
Order of St. Andrew the Apostle on November 1, 2009. Congratulations Dr.
Papadeas!!
